Risks and honesty

First days (0-3)
Discomfort and chest tightness, controlled with medication. You'll wear a supportive bra continuously and rest, avoiding lifting your arms above your shoulders. Swelling is normal at this stage.
- 02
Weeks 1-2
Swelling begins to decrease and most patients resume light activities and desk work. You continue wearing the supportive bra and avoiding exertion. The implants still feel high and firm, which is expected.

Weeks 3-6
Noticeable improvement in swelling. The implants begin to settle into a more natural position. You can resume low-impact activity, still avoiding heavy lifting and intense exercise until Dr. Hermes clears you.

Months 2-6
The implants fully settle and the shape looks more natural and soft. Progressive return to full exercise. Scars begin to fade and continue improving over 12-18 months. The final result becomes clearly visible.
